  Who doesn’t love a good night’s sleep?  A bad night’s sleep makes the next day or the next few days harder,  at times it makes one feel exhausted. 

If you don’t get enough sleep it doesn’t just make you feel off at work, it will negatively impact your day’s activity,  and also affect the way your body functions. 

 If you don’t get the required amount of sleep needed, it will change the way your body functions from your brain to your heart and more.  The more you lack sleep the more effective it will be and if you continue with it, the more likely you will suffer long-term effects.

 What is the effect of sleep deprivation? If you have ever spend a night tossing and turning you already know how you feel the next day.  You become very tired cranky and out of sorts.  Not getting the recommended 7 to 9 hours of sleep does more than make you feel groggy and grumpy.  the long-term effect of sleep deprivation is real, it drains your mental abilities. not only your mental ability will be affected
it will put your physical health at great risk.   according to science all poor sleep link with health problems from a weakened immune system to weight gain.

 Try to get enough sleep because your brain doesn’t like it when you don’t get enough sleep.  When you are asleep your brain uses the time that you are sleeping to process data and store data for later retrieval.  On the other hand, if you don’t get enough sleep your brain doesn’t have enough time to do those things very well.
